HOW IT WORKS:
- Purchase the Personal Stone listing for each stone/piece of jewelry you would like us to design with
- Work with our concierge to get your stone or item in our safe
- Schedule a design session!
WHAT'S NEXT:
- Stones are removed and cleaned from any settings prior to your design session
- Receive a quote for any metal scrap balance that goes towards the project balance
- See your stone anytime in a link to your personal stone catalog (available at time of appointment)
Our concierge is here to work with you each step of the journey. We can't wait to get this made into art so you can wear and love the pieces you love!
- $100 deposit goes towards shipping, insuring, cleaning, stone removal, cataloging, and storage of your stone
- Kindly note the fee is non-refundable or transferrable
- Shipping and insurance to return the stone or setting back for any reason will be invoiced and due within 48 hours
- Any stones or settings abandoned with no response to concierge or DMs for 1 year will be donated
- Stones acquired through sources outside of TWOFIFTY are not covered under our warranty
