Personal & Heirloom Piece Fee

At TWOFIFTY, we are thrilled to work with your personal and heirloom pieces! Get them out of hiding where they can be admired!

Before paying this fee, we request a photograph and estimated value of the piece sent in via email to concierge@twofiftyjewelry.com. After confirming we can work with the piece, and the fee is secured, we send you an insured shipping label. Upon arrival, we photograph, inspect, and clean the piece in that order.

Our concierge will reach out you at this point to discuss next steps! This is where the real FUN begins!

*This fee is per jewelry item and or stone. As many deposits as needed can be purchased for your project.

*Any stone acquired outside of TWOFIFTY that breaks or cracks upon cleaning or setting is the client's responsibility. Any pieces salvageable will be returned to you, and we are happy to source a new stone for the project.

*By popular demand, YES! The metal from previous settings can be recycled. The value will apply towards your final project invoice.

*Kindly note this fee is non-refundable. Insured shipping cost along with processing and storage fees are covered by this deposit. An additional invoice may be required if the insured shipping amount exceeds this fee.
