We are proud to provide quality jewelry handmade in our studio! We have an incredible team of artisans who are dedicated to giving you the absolute best, most gorgeous pieces. Producing these high quality, unique pieces takes time. Typically production is 2-3 weeks. For special-order items, please allow 4-6 weeks for production.

We totally understand that sometimes you need your pieces QUICK! (ummm... last minute shopper here!!). We do offer rush production for an additional fee. Email hello@twofiftyjewelry.com to set this up or if you have any questions. 

All orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS or UPS. After production is completed we will carefully package your pieces and hand them off for delivery. 

Faster shipping times are available as well for an additional fee which is calculated at checkout. These shipping options still include our normal production time. If you need RUSH production in addition to your upgraded shipping please email hello@twofiftyjewelry.com to pay for the rush production fee. 

Orders in Canada + Mexico are shipped via USPS. All other international orders are shipped via UPS.

14K Gold

14k gold is the most used gold for jewelry settings. Because of its high percentage of alloy metals, 14k gold is ideal for everyday use! The metals offer more of a resistance to wear and tear, meaning a lifetime of beautiful shine and color. Available in yellow, white and rose color. 

14K Gold Filled

A layer of solid 14k gold, 100x thicker than plating layers, is permanently bonded using heat and pressure. Gold filled is hypoallergenic, medical grade, nickel free, and heirloom quality. Sweat + even shower in your TWOFIFTY jewelry; gold filled will not wear off and can last a lifetime.

925 Sterling Silver

Sterling silver is an incredibly durable, waterproof + lightweight metal ideal for daily wear. Sterling Silver is nickel free + hypoallergenic.

Semi-precious + Precious Stones 

We work with a wide variety of stones - from raw cut to certified cut + polished. Due to their organic nature, color, texture + size may vary. 

All your metals will keep best when stored in an airtight container or bag away from the elements. Some of our gold filled jewelry is welded which can cause a small dark spot at the point of soldering, and it can easily be removed with a polishing cloth.

Clean your gold filled jewelry with warm water and pat dry with a soft cloth - Never rub.

Polish your sterling jewelry with a jewelry cloth when needed.

We are so grateful for your order + we know you're excited to get it! We want you to love your pieces but understand that sometimes its not the right piece or that circumstances change. We are happy to accept returns of unworn jewelry in its original packaging within 30 days from the ship date. Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit. We are so excited to work with you on a custom piece! Custom projects require a $500 non refundable design deposit.  Once the design is finalized, the deposit will be applied to the final total of your piece. All custom projects are final sale.
